Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nawoj Bykowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Flyn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Flyn!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Flyn tries to sprawl but Bykowski drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Bykowski looks to land a strike but Flyn avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Flyn keeping moving, preventing Bykowski from controlling successfully.
Flyn utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Bykowski is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Flyn is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Bykowski has gone for a leg lock! Flyn slips out almost immediately though and dives into Bykowski's guard.

Bykowski fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Flyn sprawls well initially but Bykowski persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Joe Flyn dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Bykowski has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Flyn escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Flyn!

Bykowski is looking to advance position but Flyn has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Flyn is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent.

The referee is keeping an eye on Flyn - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Flyn is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Bykowski manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Bykowski has a closed guard, preventing Flyn from standing up.

Bykowski isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Flyn stacks Bykowski on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Flyn!

Joe Flyn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
