Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tyrone Woodson!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Woodson manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kim on his heels. He'll look to pass Kim's guard now, I'm sure.
Kim is wriggling around but Woodson manages to pass to half guard.

Woodson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kim keeps working.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You can see the frustration on Kim's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Kim is trying to control Woodson's posture but Woodson avoids it.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Woodson in particular looking to stall.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Woodson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kim is just riding it out for now. Woodson eventually gives up the hold.

Woodson has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Woodson can do anything to dispel that myth.
Kim is trying to control the action in half guard but Woodson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

That's time! Kim's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


Woodson shoots in looking for a takedown. Kim tries to sprawl out of it but Woodson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kim manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Woodson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kim.

Woodson feints and as Kim raises his hands in defense, Woodson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Kim really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Kim decides to take the fight back to the feet.

No joy there for Kim, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Woodson forces Kim back against the cage and clinches.

Woodson wants the takedown. Kim is fighting it off but Woodson persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Kim's guard against the cage.

Kim wriggles free and stands up.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kim dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Woodson tries to clinch up
and Kim counters with a series of strikes. Woodson will be more careful next time no doubt.
Sergio Kim has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Tyrone Woodson is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Kim keeps the fight on the outside.
A little feinted left hand from Kim on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Sergio Kim showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Woodson has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
