Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Spete Pasanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stuey Ungar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ungar connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Pasanen takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Pasanen is breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ungar misses with a hook. Pasanen ducked under it nicely. Ungar shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pasanen as he avoids it easily. Pasanen tries to clinch up but Ungar circles away and keeps his distance. Ungar closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pasanen circles away. Ungar throws a right and a left that both miss. Ungar cracks Pasanen with an uppercut from hell and Pasanen crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Ungar's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Ungar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pasanen swivels though and keeps the full guard. Pasanen wants to sweep but no luck. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pasanen working a defensive guard here.

That's one minute gone in the round. Pasanen trying to keep a closed guard but Ungar is proving a slippery customer.
Ungar wants to stand but Pasanen is controlling his posture from full guard. Pasanen is trying to keep Ungar in close.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Pasanen looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Pasanen looks for a takedown but Ungar sprawls well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Ungar looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Ungar won't allow Pasanen to sweep him here. Pasanen is trying to control the position but Ungar postures up. Ungar is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ungar trying to control the position from guard on top but Pasanen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ungar wants to get up but he can't break Pasanen's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Pasanen keeping moving, preventing Ungar from controlling successfully.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Pasanen drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pasanen wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Ungar, who protects the arm well. Pasanen tries for a kimura but Ungar is defending well. Ungar wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pasanen working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Ungar is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Pasanen has just dragged him back down to the mat. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ungar can't do much from the bottom here. Pasanen will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Pasanen tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stuey Ungar dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Ungar will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ungar loads up on a big right hand but Pasanen slips the punch. Ungar throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ungar scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Ungar missing with a left hand there. Pasanen was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Pasanen avoids a punch combination nicely.

Ungar wants to get back to his feet but Pasanen is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Pasanen trying to control but Ungar is working from the bottom. Pasanen chips away with some ground and pound. Pasanen won't allow Ungar to get back to his feet. Pasanen controls the pace of the fight for a moment. That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Pasanen trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Ungar lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ungar. Ungar connects with a jab. Ungar misses with an uppercut. Pasanen looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Pasanen thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Pasanen working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Pasanen trying to control the position from guard on top but Ungar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ungar is looking to stand up but Pasanen isn't so interested in that idea. Pasanen stands up from Ungar's guard - Pasanen perhaps looking for a knockout. Ungar throws a head kick that misses. Ungar rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pasanen moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Pasanen misses with a takedown attempt - Ungar sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Ungar dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Pasanen. That did some damage! Ungar ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pasanen moves away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pasanen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ungar closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Ungar controlling the action here. Pasanen moves into full guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pasanen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ungar gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stuey Ungar showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pasanen is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Ungar can't fight it off and eventually Pasanen manages to take the fight to the floor. Ungar looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Ungar keeping moving, preventing Pasanen from controlling successfully.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Ungar.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ungar cracks the inside of Pasanen's front leg. Ungar throws the left hand but Pasanen avoids the punch easily. Stuey Ungar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pasanen dodges the punch combination from Ungar.
A cross from Ungar lands. This has been an exciting period of action! Pasanen takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Pasanen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Ungar throws an overhand right that lands on Pasanen's shoulder, as Pasanen tries to avoid the shot. Ungar is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pasanen. Ungar shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pasanen pinned against the cage. Pasanen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Pasanen tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ungar swivels and escapes. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Spete Pasanen. That's going to take a lot out of him. A combination from Ungar does no damage. Pasanen stuffs the takedown attempt from Ungar. Ungar gets slowly back to his feet. Ungar keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pasanen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Pasanen trying to control but Ungar is working from the bottom. Ungar has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Ungar tries to land a sweep but no joy. Spete Pasanen has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Pasanen is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Spete Pasanen overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Pasanen prevents Ungar from getting back to his feet. Stuey Ungar is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ungar utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
And that's the end of the fight! Stuey Ungar comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Ungar winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
