The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bunting misses with a leg kick
and Nukem counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Bunting connects with a single shot there.
Nukem gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Bunting throws a looping overhand right but Nukem ducks down to avoid it.
Nukem plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
It looks like John Bunting has been cut.
Bunting connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Nukem's hands.
Nukem moves out of range of the strikes.
Nukem is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Nukem scores with the left hand. Bunting knows he should have avoided that one.
We've been told by Bunting's head coaches at Aliens Only Spa that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
