Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Omar Dijkstra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bon Aqua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dijkstra might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Soulfly - Back To The Primitive. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Bon Aqua enters the cage!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bon Aqua!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Chris Edwards and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dijkstra gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Aqua has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Dijkstra is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Dijkstra ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Dijkstra tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Aqua defends well and Dijkstra ends up having to push Aqua into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Aqua throws a big shot that misses.
Dijkstra scores with a nice head shot.
Aqua misses with a looping right.
Dijkstra tries to counter with a takedown but Aqua is quick to defend against it.
Aqua cracks Dijkstra with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Dijkstra throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Aqua on the side of the head.

Dijkstra looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Dijkstra goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nice uppercut there from Aqua.
Dijkstra closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Aqua quickly recovers to half guard.

Dijkstra is trying to control the action in half guard but Aqua is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Dijkstra tries to pass the half guard into mount. Aqua knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Aqua moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Dijkstra passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Aqua is not content to let Dijkstra control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dijkstra goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Aqua has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Dijkstra but great work by Aqua.
Aqua tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Dijkstra sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Dijkstra wants to improve his position but Aqua is controlling well.
Aqua stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Dijkstra to get to his feet.
Nice shot lands for Aqua.
Dijkstra misses with a kick to the body.

Aqua looks to land a right hand but Dijkstra moved out of range.

Aqua might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
A bone on bone clash there as Aqua blocks the leg kick.
Aqua throws a looping overhand right but Dijkstra ducks down to avoid it.

Dijkstra lands a head shot.
Horrible takedown attempt by Dijkstra or perhaps it was just good defense by Aqua, which made it look bad.
Aqua stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Dijkstra throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Aqua looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Aqua swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Dijkstra.
Dijkstra pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Aqua lands a jab to the head.
Nice uppercut there from Aqua.
Aqua misses with a looping left.
Dijkstra throws a quick inside leg kick.
Aqua scores with a nice head shot.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dijkstra lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Aqua has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Aqua and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Aqua fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dijkstra manages to avoid it.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Dijkstra throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Dijkstra looks to throw a body kick
letting Aqua counter with a right hand.
Aqua scores with a jab to the jaw.
Dijkstra on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Dijkstra is rocked!
Aqua drops Dijkstra with a huge uppercut! Dijkstra drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Aqua is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bon Aqua!
After the fight, Bon Aqua was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
