Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gary Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wyatt Hoffman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes to the cage accompanied by Tupac -Ambitionz Az A Ridah. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva is looking to clinch but Hoffman is avoiding it.
Silva tries to clinch up.

Silva moves in looking to clinch but Hoffman pushes him off.
Silva fails in his attempt to clinch.
Hoffman circles away from the clinch attempt.
Silva throws a series of punches but Hoffman moves out of range.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Silva throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Silva moves in looking to clinch but Hoffman pushes him off.
A big right from Silva misses.
Hoffman feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Hoffman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Hoffman gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Silva doesn't manage to clinch there - Hoffman circles away.

Silva is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hoffman.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Silva throws an overhand right that lands on Hoffman's shoulder, as Hoffman tries to avoid the shot.
Hoffman changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Silva looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Silva is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wyatt Hoffman dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Silva is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Silva tries to clinch but Hoffman is having none of it.
Hoffman circles away from the clinch attempt.
Silva comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Hoffman keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Silva.

Hoffman closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Hoffman is looking to stall here but Silva recovers full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Silva wants to get back to his feet but Hoffman is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Hoffman slips nicely into half guard.
Silva is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Hoffman takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Silva is looking to escape.
Silva is striking from the bottom but he's now found himself mounted! Oh dear - not enough focus on defense there.
Hoffman wants to finish this one by submission but Silva is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Hoffman.
Silva is controlling an arm, preventing Hoffman from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Hoffman goes for an armbar but Silva turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Silva.
Hoffman manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wyatt Hoffman showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Hoffman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Hoffman advances to half guard.
Hoffman working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Silva looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Hoffman is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Silva!
Silva tries to hold on but Hoffman pushes him away.

Hoffman wants to finish this one by submission but Silva is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Hoffman.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Silva distracts Hoffman with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

I've got Hoffman winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
