The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yuuki Gou and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ripgut blocks a jab.
Shane Ripgut seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shore tries for a takedown but Ripgut sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Ripgut lands with a good body shot.
Ripgut misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Shore dives in and grabs Ripgut's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ripgut pushes down on Shore's head and hops out.
Ripgut circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Shore drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Ripgut follows Shore to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Shane Ripgut!
