Aliyev throws an overhand right that lands on Lappalainen's shoulder, as Lappalainen tries to avoid the shot.
Aliyev swats away the attempt to clinch by Lappalainen.
Aliyev lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Aslak Lappalainen has been cut.
Lappalainen has managed to clinch.
Lappalainen wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Aliyev has him pressed against the cage.
