Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between George Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darwin France (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kelly comes to the cage accompanied by Jedi Mind Tricks / Retaliation . France has chosen bring me to life as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
France connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Kelly dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
France connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Some bone on bone action there as France checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
France motions for Kelly to come forward. France throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Kelly half committed to a counter leg kick.
Donk. France catches Kelly right on the button with a cross.
Kelly uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from France.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Kelly. France shrugs it off though.
France throws a lazy right hand but Kelly sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
France throws a jab but it's blocked by Kelly.
Kelly gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Kelly tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
France throws a head kick that misses.
Kelly tries to counter by moving into the clinch but France manages to circle out of the way.
France blocks a jab.
France tries a quick counter leg kick but Kelly is wise to it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kelly throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kelly moves out of range of the body kick from France.
That's one minute gone in the round.
France pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
It looked like Kelly was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Kelly looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
France ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kelly moves away.
France takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Kelly thows a leg kick but France checks it
and France counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Kelly has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. France doesn't defend quickly enough and Kelly has managed to lock this one up! Can France escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Kelly on a fantastic submission victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). George Kelly!
