Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lowkie Erwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Archie Trew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Erwin comes to the cage accompanied by Welcome To The Jungle. Archie Trew has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lowkie Erwin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Archie Trew! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Ron Honeybunn and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Erwin throws a hook but Trew blocks it. Erwin displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Trew throws out the jab. Erwin throws a big counter combination but Trew scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Nice defenses there by Erwin. Trew's coach down at Fight Training Center was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Trew's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Trew takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
It looks like Archie Trew has been cut. Erwin drops Trew with a beautiful combination! Trew stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Erwin is looking for the KO! Trew throws a wild body kick that Erwin sees coming a mile off. Trew loads up on a big right hand but Erwin slips the punch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Trew misses with a straight right. Erwin walks into a jab.
It looks like Lowkie Erwin has been cut. Erwin throws a combination that misses and Trew counters with a nice double leg into guard. Erwin is looking to stand up but Trew isn't so interested in that idea. Erwin looking to hit a scissor sweep but Trew is one step ahead there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trew throws a big elbow that misses. Trew trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Erwin wants to stand and escape but Trew is having none of it. Erwin on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Erwin tries to get out of the position. Trew is working Erwin over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Erwin is looking to stand up but Trew isn't so interested in that idea. Trew scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Trew postures up in Erwin's guard and throws a big left but Erwin blocks it. Erwin keeping moving, preventing Trew from controlling successfully. Trew arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Erwin's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Archie Trew! Archie Trew managed to slip a mention for his sponsors, On Tap (160Q & Laundry), into his post fight interview.
