Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kilafwa Tatlumahi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuri Boshtok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boshtok has chosen Jump Around M*thaf*cka as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kilafwa Tatlumahi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yuri Boshtok! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Dean Styles and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tatlumahi uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Boshtok. Boshtok slips a jab and a cross from Tatlumahi.
Boshtok throws a lazy right hand but Tatlumahi sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Tatlumahi misses with a jab to the body
and Boshtok counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Boshtok takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Tatlumahi throws a sloppy head kick and Boshtok moves out of range easily. Tatlumahi swinging wildly here.
Boshtok needs to keep his hands up - Tatlumahi had a free shot at his head there. Tatlumahi tries a head kick but it misses.

Boshtok shoots in looking for a takedown. Tatlumahi tries to sprawl out of it but Boshtok keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tatlumahi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Tatlumahi avoids the body shot from Boshtok.
Tatlumahi throws a leg kick and Boshtok counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Boshtok is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Tatlumahi reverses the position - he's now on top in Boshtok's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boshtok looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Tatlumahi puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. It looks like Tatlumahi is going to stand back up.
Boshtok is trying to maintain the position but Tatlumahi is very close to passing his half guard. Boshtok wants to get back to full guard. Boshtok wants to control but Tatlumahi is keeping busy and won't allow it. Tatlumahi has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Boshtok works to full guard. Tatlumahi has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Tatlumahi wanted to stand there but Boshtok had control of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Boshtok throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Tatlumahi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Boshtok on the ground. Boshtok is trying to keep Tatlumahi in close.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boshtok has his foot on Tatlumahi's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tatlumahi works his way back into a safe position though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Boshtok looking for a sweep. Not yet Boshtok, not yet. Tatlumahi is looking to stand up but Boshtok won't let him. Boshtok looking for subs off his back but Tatlumahi has passed one foot through into half guard.
Tatlumahi is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Boshtok pushes a forearm under Tatlumahi's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Tatlumahi is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Yuri Boshtok! An out of breath Yuri Boshtok thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
