The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Ren Mimura and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trine avoids the body shot from Macfedries.
Trine slips a jab from Macfedries.
Trine throws a sloppy body shot
and Macfedries counters with a big head kick but Trine shrugs it off.
Trine tries for a takedown but Macfedries sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Trine misses with a double jab
and Macfedries counters with a head kick. That will keep Trine thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Trine misses with a looping right.
Trine throws a right and a left that both miss.
Trine scores with a takedown into Macfedries's guard.

Trine slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Trine lands a couple of decent looking shots.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Trine wants to control from the top but Macfedries keeps moving.
Macfedries can't keep his opponent in guard - Trine advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Trine is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Macfedries!

Macfedries wants to hold on but Trine pushes him away.

Macfedries is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Macfedries really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Trine. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
