Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zak Duffy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eraser Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Zak Duffy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Eraser Head! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Chris Edwards and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch lands to the side of Duffy 's head but he takes it in his stride. Head lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Head tries to clinch but Duffy moves out of range. Head misses with a looping left. Duffy tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Head manages to circle out of the way. Duffy moves into the clinch successfully.
A right handed body shot lands from Duffy.
A short left from Duffy.
It looks like Eraser Head has been cut. Head's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Head misses with a punch on the inside.
Duffy lands with a short head shot on the inside. A bit of stalling here from Duffy.
Duffy cracks Head with a nice body shot. Duffy digs a right hand underneath Head's ribcage. Head let out a lung full of air as it connected. Head looks winded! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Duffy stalling the fight.
Head misses with a short punch on the inside. Duffy lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Head backwards. Head avoiding damage as Duffy throws knees to the body.
A shot in the inside from Duffy. Head takes a shot to the head. We've been hearing reports that Duffy has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Duffy lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Duffy using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Head has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duffy lands with a short head shot on the inside. Duffy lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Duffy clinches up against the cage. Duffy tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Head avoids it. Head misses with a short punch on the inside. Duffy lands a hook that snaps the head of Head backwards. A battle for position here, against the cage. Duffy effectively controlling the action here. A short uppercut from Duffy. Come on Duffy - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Duffy pushes Head back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Head. Duffy working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Duffy lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Head backwards. Head is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Head working aggressively here.
Head lands on the inside with an uppercut. Still in the clinch, Duffy scores with a nice short uppercut. Head taking a breather. Head takes an elbow to the forehead. Head avoids a wild elbow strike from Duffy. Head trying to stall but Duffy improves his position.

That has opened up Eraser Head's cut even more. Duffy floors Head with a big punch on the inside! Head is trying to recover but Duffy dives into side control.
Head is rocked! Duffy in side control, just content to control the action for now. Head is still in real trouble! Can Duffy finish him? Duffy decides to stand up, so the ref orders Head to his feet. Head seems to have recovered his senses. Head tries to clinch but Duffy is having none of it. Duffy clinches with his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Head misses with a short punch on the inside. Duffy lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Head tries to break the clinch but Duffy is controlling the position. Head is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Duffy is keeping busy. Duffy lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Head backwards. Duffy prevents Head from breaking the clinch. Duffy working some nice short punches in the clinch. Duffy lands a body shot in the clinch.
Duffy lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Duffy softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Duffy lands a nice uppercut.
The cut above Eraser Head's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Duffy effectively controlling the action here. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. A right hand to the body from Duffy.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Duffy lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Duffy lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Head backwards. Duffy lands with a left to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Zak Duffy dominated that round. The cut man is working on Eraser Head's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Duffy gets a clinch. Duffy floors Head with a big punch on the inside! Head is trying to recover but Duffy dives into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Head is trying to control Duffy's posture but Duffy avoids it. Head tries to buck Duffy off but Duffy is having none of it. Duffy is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Head tries to control but Duffy manages to take his back. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Head tries to roll but Duffy sticks to his back.
Duffy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Duffy trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Head doesn't escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duffy has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Duffy has the hooks in. Head is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Duffy is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
You can see the frustration on Head's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. What can Head do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Duffy is not going to allow Head to sit and survive in this position. Duffy is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. This is a sustained period of stalling by Duffy. Duffy will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Head tries to break free.

Duffy is not going to allow Head to sit and survive in this position. Head trying to get back to his feet but Duffy is in full control for now. Duffy keeps control of the position as Head tries to break free.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Duffy controlling the position well here. Head rolled but Duffy kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Duffy's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Eraser Head's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Head lands with a short punch from the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round. Duffy missing with knees to the body.
Head has had enough of the clinch but Duffy keeps him there for the moment. Duffy taking a breather. Duffy dips a shoulder and cracks Head with a mighty uppercut! Head falls back against the cage and Duffy unloads with a barrage of strikes! Head is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Duffy screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zak Duffy!
