Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sinbad Sailor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Urai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sailor comes to the cage accompanied by Sailing on the Seven Seas. Urai is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Sever the Wicked. Sinbad Sailor could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Sam Urai's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Sailor.
Sinbad Sailor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Urai tries to keep at a distance but Sailor has taken the fight into the clinch.
Urai lands an elbow inside that Sailor shrugs off.
It looks like Sinbad Sailor has been cut.

Urai tries to work over Sailor's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Urai is trying to maintain a safe position but Sailor gets an underhook and turns Urai into the cage.

Sailor jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Urai walks away with a smile on his face. Sailor gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Sailor dives in for a single leg takedown but Urai sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Sailor bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Urai's head backwards.
Sailor shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Urai but Urai pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Sailor uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Urai.

Sailor steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Urai. That one must have hurt.
Urai tries to land a front kick but Sailor steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sailor works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Sailor looks to land a left hand but Urai moved out of range nicely.
Sailor scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Urai looks to land a body kick but Sailor moved away.
Urai fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sailor looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Sailor ducks under a wild hook from Urai.
Sailor pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Urai back to the cage. Sailor follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Sailor shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sinbad Sailor. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Sailor uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Urai.
Sloppy strikes from Sailor. Those never looked like landing.
Sailor closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
