The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fitzgerald avoids a punch combination nicely.
A counter left hand to the body from Fitzgerald misses its target.
Sanders lands a two punch combo.
It looks like Santo Fitzgerald has been cut.
Fitzgerald tries to clinch up
and Sanders counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sanders swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Fitzgerald misses with a takedown attempt
and Fitzgerald takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fitzgerald takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Fitzgerald gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Sanders counters with a crisp one two that drops Fitzgerald! Sanders thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Fitzgerald to his feet! Fitzgerald is in big trouble!
Fitzgerald is rocked!
Fitzgerald loses concentration momentarily and Sanders pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Fitzgerald crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Sanders finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
