Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Karol Mirowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dylan McKay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Karol Mirowski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dylan McKay! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mirowski lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but McKay circles away quickly and effectively. Mirowski looking for a takedown here - he's got it. McKay being controlled here, momentarily. Mirowski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McKay swivels though and keeps the full guard. McKay preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McKay is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. McKay pulls Mirowski in close to prevent any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mirowski pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. McKay is keeping the position for now. McKay has his hands on Mirowski's head, controlling the position. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Mirowski stands up from McKay's guard - Mirowski perhaps looking for a knockout. Mirowski tries to clinch up and McKay counters with a nice uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Mirowski rushes McKay and presses him up against the cage. Mirowski is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables McKay to keep the fight standing. McKay misses with a hook to the ribs.

Mirowski blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Mirowski tries to score a body lock takedown but McKay shows good agility there to stay on his feet. McKay lands an uppercut. McKay misses with some punches.
McKay lands an uppercut. Mirowski jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as McKay walks away with a smile on his face. Mirowski gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Karol Mirowski. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mirowski shoots in looking for a takedown. McKay tries to sprawl out of it but Mirowski keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McKay manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. McKay appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. A lazy body kick from Mirowski and McKay counters with a nice uppercut. Mirowski closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Mirowski fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McKay stuffs the takedown. Mirowski tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Mirowski fails with a takedown attempt from distance. McKay is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. McKay throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. McKay lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Mirowski backs up against the cage.
It looks like Karol Mirowski has been cut. Mirowski drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. McKay is letting Mirowski control him for a moment. McKay can't do much from the bottom here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mirowski decides to stand back up. Mirowski steps back and let's McKay get back to his feet. Mirowski gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and McKay counters with a nice low kick that buckles Mirowski's knee momentarily. This has been an exciting period of action! Mirowski shoots in and drives through. McKay sprawls well. McKay swings and misses with a hook to the body.
McKay connects with a jab. McKay lands with an overhand left. Mirowski tries to clinch but McKay moves away and McKay makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Mirowski looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Mirowski takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. A nice leg kick lands there from Mirowski. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dylan McKay dominated that round. The cut man is working on Karol Mirowski's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Mirowski tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. A chopping leg kick lands by McKay. McKay misses with a double jab.
Mirowski throws a big counter combination but McKay scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Mirowski tries to clinch there but McKay circles away.
McKay avoids the head kick by Mirowski.
Mirowski fails with the takedown. Mirowski tries to clinch but McKay is having none of it. McKay counters with a body kick. Mirowski shoots for a takedown but McKay saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McKay throws an overhand right that lands on Mirowski's shoulder, as Mirowski tries to avoid the shot. Nice jab there from McKay. McKay has been the more effective fighter overall so far. The fighters circle momentarily. McKay darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Mirowski swings and misses with a hook to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mirowski goes for a double leg but McKay avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as McKay continues to drive forward. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Karol Mirowski. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mirowski tries a head kick but it misses.
Mirowski misses with a combination
and McKay counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Mirowski tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. McKay appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Mirowski shoots in looking for a takedown but McKay manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mirowski's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. McKay's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on McKay's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Nice body kick from McKay. Mirowski with a lazy takedown attempt and Mirowski takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Mirowski is rocked! McKay throws a monster overhand right that drops Mirowski! McKay follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
