Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Hideya Kaayi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abe Goldman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goldman avoids the body shot from Kaayi.
Kaayi chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Goldman can pounce on him.
Kaayi misses with a body shot.
Kaayi cracks Goldman with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Kaayi tries to clinch there but Goldman circles away.

Goldman scores with a sloppy right hand. Kaayi should have avoided that one.

Kaayi clinches up with Goldman and pushes him back against the ropes.

Kaayi works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Kaayi swings wildly with an uppercut but Goldman uses good head movement to avoid it.

Goldman struggles to land a body shot inside as Kaayi controls his hands.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Goldman creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Kaayi tries to work over Goldman's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Goldman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kaayi was well out of range. Poor timing from Goldman.

Hideya Kaayi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kaayi takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Kaayi goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Goldman throws a shot from downtown. Kaayi moves away and avoids it.

and Goldman counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Kaayi lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

It looks like Abe Goldman has been cut.
Goldman finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

enabling Goldman to counter with a crisp jab.

Goldman circles away from the clinch attempt.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Goldman! But no joy.
Kaayi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Goldman paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Goldman connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Kaayi tries to close the distance and clinch but Goldman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Kaayi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Kaayi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Goldman throws a low kick, looking for Kaayi's leg but Kaayi calmly moves out of range.
A counter left hand to the body from Kaayi misses its target.
Kaayi uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Goldman.
Kaayi was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Kaayi fails in his attempt to clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Abe Goldman will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Nice uppercut lands for Goldman. That snapped Kaayi's head back.
Goldman moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Kaayi shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Kaayi throws a hook but Goldman avoids it easily.

Goldman is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Oh Kaayi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kaayi is looking to wear down Goldman with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Goldman tries a quick counter leg kick but Kaayi is wise to it.
Kaayi lands a jab to the nose.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kaayi throws a lazy right hand but Goldman sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

The fight stays on the outside here - Kaayi looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Goldman steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.

Abe Goldman seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Goldman lets loose with a powerful body kick. Kaayi will feel that in the morning.
Kaayi tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Goldman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Kaayi cracks Goldman with a left hand that drops him to the canvas, up against the ropes! Can Goldman get back up in time? 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... he's on one knee... 8, 9... he's up! 'Walk towards me' says the referee. Goldman looks steady enough to continue so we're going to continue!
Kaayi connects with a quick right hand that sends Goldman tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!
