Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tony Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Free Agent Steel Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the ring it seems that Tony Ramos has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Tony Ramos seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tony Ramos! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Free Agent Steel Penn! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Fedor Mirinova and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ramos takes a swing at Steel Penn's ribcage but misses. Ramos throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Steel Penn on the side of the head. Steel Penn ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Ramos throws a predictable looking body shot
and Steel Penn counters with a lovely shot to the body. Ramos keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ramos lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Steel Penn avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Ramos tests Steel Penn's chin there with a solid looking shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ramos closes the distance but Steel Penn moves to the side and Steel Penn counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Ramos misses with a hook to the body
and Steel Penn counters with a straight right hand. We've been informed that Steel Penn has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Tony Ramos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fight stays on the outside here - Ramos looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Steel Penn looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Steel Penn ducks under a wild hook from Ramos. Ramos scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Ramos smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Ramos doesn't manage to clinch there - Steel Penn circles away.
Steel Penn throws out a counter right but Ramos avoids it with no problem. Ramos swings for the body but Steel Penn moves out of range.
Ramos throws a lazy right hand but Steel Penn sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. The fighters circling - Steel Penn throws out the jab but it was never going to land. A big left from Steel Penn misses. Ramos takes a swing at Steel Penn's ribcage but misses. Ramos seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Steel Penn looks to land a combination but Ramos avoids it well. Ramos tries to clinch there but Steel Penn circles away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Ramos moves out of range as Steel Penn strikes. Ramos appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Steel Penn throws a body shot but no joy. Steel Penn uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ramos. Steel Penn wants to counter the offense by Ramos and move into the clinch position. Steel Penn digs a good body shot into Ramos's ribs. Ramos fails with a takedown attempt. A countering left hand to the body from Steel Penn misses. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Steel Penn misses with a few strikes there.
Ramos looks to throw the jab but Steel Penn is out of range. Steel Penn gets a double leg takedown into Ramos's guard. Steel Penn throws an elbow that misses. Ramos uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Steel Penn's guard. Nice move by Ramos! Steel Penn is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramos looking to sit in guard and control but Steel Penn gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Steel Penn has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Ramos wants to improve his position but instead Steel Penn has moved into half guard.
Ramos avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Steel Penn. Steel Penn throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Steel Penn is keen to just control but Ramos is a slippery customer. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ramos is trying to maintain the position but Steel Penn is very close to passing his half guard. Steel Penn looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Ramos wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Ramos is trying to maintain the position but Steel Penn is very close to passing his half guard. Steel Penn is stalling here. Ramos is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Steel Penn seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Ramos has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Free Agent Steel Penn will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Steel Penn stuns Ramos with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Ramos connects with a crisp jab. Steel Penn is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Ramos rather than just go for the knockout. Steel Penn closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Steel Penn lands in his opponent's guard. Ramos avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Steel Penn looking to pass the guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ramos keeping moving, preventing Steel Penn from controlling successfully. Ramos seems keen to control Steel Penn's posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Steel Penn is stalling in the full guard. Steel Penn stands and throws Ramos's legs to the side, diving into side control. You can see the frustration on Ramos's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Steel Penn is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Ramos has escaped the position, nice work there. Steel Penn trying to control the position but Ramos is working away.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Ramos comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Steel Penn swinging wildly here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Ramos dives in for a single leg takedown but Steel Penn sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the ropes. Ramos lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Steel Penn lands a right hook to the body.

It looks like Tony Ramos has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Steel Penn lands with an uppercut that bounces Ramos off the ropes and back into range. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ramos walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Ramos tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Steel Penn was well out of range. Poor timing from Ramos. Steel Penn circles away from the clinch attempt and Steel Penn counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Free Agent Steel Penn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Tony Ramos's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Ramos is rocked! Steel Penn cracks Ramos with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the ropes! Ramos falls to his knees and Steel Penn doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Free Agent Steel Penn! During a confident post fight interview, Free Agent Steel Penn thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
