Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Garth Andrade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Axel Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garth Andrade could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Axel Stone's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Garth Andrade! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Axel Stone! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone moves in looking to clinch but Andrade pushes him off. Stone shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Andrade as he jumps to the side. Nice sprawl there from Andrade as Stone shoots in. Andrade appears to be looking for a big counter. A swing and a miss from Stone. Stone shoots in but no luck this time. Garth Andrade has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Axel Stone. Stone tries to clinch but Andrade is having none of it. Andrade throws a big counter combination but Stone scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Stone changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Andrade tries to avoid it but Stone manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Andrade to the ground. Andrade escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Andrade throwing a counter right hand but Stone manages to avoid it. Stone looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Andrade lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stone circles away quickly and effectively. Andrade feints a jab promting Stone to slip. Andrade then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Stone slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Stone changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Andrade looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Andrade is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Stone asserts his dominance and retains side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Stone misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Andrade managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Stone.

Stone is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Andrade is just riding it out for now. Stone eventually gives up the hold. Stone wants to lay and pray for a moment but Andrade keeps working.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Stone trying to work for an americana but Andrade has managed to regain full guard.

We've been informed that Stone has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Stone keeps control of Andrade as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Stone has Andrade pressed against the cage, preventing Andrade from circling away and getting back to striking at range. A quick uppercut on the inside from Andrade. Garth Andrade has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Stone is rocked! Andrade lands with a right to the head.
