The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paulik throws a right hand that Sojka ducks under and follows up with a left that Sojka also avoids with ease.
Sojka ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Paulik doesn't manage to clinch there - Sojka circles away.
Sojka takes one to the chin there.
Paulik misses with a few strikes there.
Sojka has managed to clinch.
Paulik misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Paulik throws a knee to the head but misses.
Sojka throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Paulik is breathing heavily.
Sojka throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Pauliks head.
Sojka lands a right hand.
Sojka gets through Paulik's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Sojka content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Sojka lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Paulik backwards.
