Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Golevkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Chuvalo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jordan Golevkin had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.8lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jordan Golevkin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, George Chuvalo! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Felipe Paraventi and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Golevkin misses with a takedown attempt and Chuvalo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Golevkin goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Golevkin uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Chuvalo. Chuvalo moves into the clinch. A nice right hand lands inside from Chuvalo. Chuvalo breaks the clinch.
Golevkin misses with a double jab
and Chuvalo counters with a stiff right hand. Golevkin swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Chuvalo counters with a stiff right hand. Golevkin is breathing heavily. Chuvalo moves into range and clinches up with Golevkin. Golevkin blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Golevkin blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Chuvalo throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Chuvalo goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

We've been informed that Chuvalo has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Chuvalo lands a right hand. Chuvalo scores with a shoulder strike. Chuvalo misses with a punch to the body.
Chuvalo tries to throw a body punch but Golevkin avoids it by throwing Chuvalo back against the cage. Golevkin jumps guard but Chuvalo turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Golevkin blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A shot in the inside from Chuvalo. Chuvalo lands with a right to the head. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Chuvalo. Golevkin blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Chuvalo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chuvalo with a nice cross. A jab from Chuvalo finds it's way through Golevkin's defenses. Chuvalo throws a lazy right hand but Golevkin sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. It looked like Golevkin was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Chuvalo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Golevkin, pushing him back against the cage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Chuvalo lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Golevkin backwards. Chuvalo manages to break the clinch.
Chuvalo clinches. Chuvalo lands a nice uppercut. Golevkin has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Chuvalo avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jordan Golevkin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Chuvalo misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Chuvalo. A short right hand to the side of the head by Chuvalo. Chuvalo misses with a hook from the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chuvalo tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Chuvalo scores with a shoulder strike. Chuvalo misses with some punches.
Chuvalo throws a punch but it's blocked by Golevkin. Golevkin tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Golevkin fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Chuvalo misses with the head strike.
Chuvalo lands on the inside with an uppercut. Chuvalo manages to break the clinch.
Golevkin ducks under a wild hook from Chuvalo. Golevkin closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Chuvalo lands a shoulder strike. Chuvalo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Chuvalo slips a jab and a cross from Golevkin.
Chuvalo throws out a counter right but Golevkin avoids it with no problem. A jab from Chuvalo misses. Golevkin appears to be looking for a big counter. Chuvalo has managed to clinch.
A right handed body shot lands from Chuvalo.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chuvalo breaks from the clinch.
Sloppy strikes from Golevkin. Those never looked like landing. Chuvalo lands with a straight right. Golevkin didn't see that one coming. Chuvalo slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Golevkin misses with a few strikes there.
Chuvalo lands a nice shot that snaps Golevkin's head back.
Golevkin is rocked! Golevkin throws a right hand that Chuvalo ducks under and follows up with a left that Chuvalo also avoids with ease. Chuvalo looks like he wants to counter punch here. Oh Golevkin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Golevkin takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Chuvalo lands a big uppercut and Golevkin crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Golevkin looks OK. Chuvalo waves Golevkin back to his feet! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
George Chuvalo dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Chuvalo drops Golevkin with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Golevkin! Chuvalo dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). George Chuvalo! George Chuvalo looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'GET SOME!!!!!!!'.
