Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yngve Stolt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luk Yuha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stolt comes to the cage accompanied by Dropkick murphys - Johnny i hardly knew ya. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yngve Stolt! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Luk Yuha! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stolt connects with a body shot. Stolt takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Stolt misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Yuha.
Yuha ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Stolt moves away. It looked like Stolt wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Yuha misses with an uppercut. Stolt lands with an uppercut that bounces Yuha off the cage and back into range. Yuha misses with a shot to the body and Stolt counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Stolt definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Yuha throws a jab but it's blocked by Stolt. Yuha looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Stolt swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Stolt connects with a high kick. Stolt changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Yuha misses with a looping left. A jab lands there for Stolt. Yuha takes one to the chin there. Stolt swings for the body but Yuha moves out of range.
A nice leg kick lands there from Stolt. A slow jab from Yuha misses its intended target. Stolt slips under a jab. Stolt avoids the body shot from Yuha.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yuha on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Stolt. Stolt obviously looking to wear him down.
Yuha thows a left - swing and a miss! Yuha misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Stolt.
Yuha throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Stolt counters with a solid body kick. Yuha misses with a few strikes there.
Stolt scores with the left hand. Yuha knows he should have avoided that one. Stolt slips under a jab from Yuha. Stolt scores with a nice body kick.
Yuha looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Yuha rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Stolt counters with a nice body kick. Stolt lands with a hook. Yuha tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Yuha misses with a wild combination.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Stolt thuds his right hand into Yuha's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Yuha is rocked! Stolt thumps Yuha with a low kick. Yuha is still on wobbly legs! Can Stolt finish him? Yuha misses with an uppercut
and Stolt counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Yuha looks winded! Stolt drives through and clinches with Yuha against the cage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Stolt creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Stolt keeps control of Yuha as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Stolt lands a big right hand that drops Yuha! The killer instinct kicks in and Stolt finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Stolt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yngve Stolt! Yngve Stolt retains his welterweight title! Yngve Stolt seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
