The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Honeybottom swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A telegraphed right hand from Honeybottom misses the target.
Gruff takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Honeybottom jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Honeybottom tries to land a body kick
and Gruff counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Bruce Honeybottom has been cut.
Honeybottom throws a jab when Gruff was well out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Honeybottom. Gruff does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gruff let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
A telegraphed right hand from Honeybottom misses the target.
Gruff steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Honeybottom takes a body punch but keeps moving.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gruff connects with a single shot there.
Gruff slips a jab and a cross from Honeybottom.
It seemed like Gruff was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Honeybottom seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Gruff lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Honeybottom can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Gruff and Honeybottom drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Gruff.
