Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Chris Saunders and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Vries is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
De Vries tries to land a leg kick but Steelers saw it coming and moves away.
De Vries closes the distance and clinches.
De Vries misses with the head strike.
De Vries using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Steelers has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Steelers pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
De Vries misses with a low kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A telegraphed right hand from Steelers misses the target.
Steelers has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from De Vries.
De Vries is looking to clinch but Steelers is avoiding it.

De Vries takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
De Vries throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Steelers.
De Vries wants to clinch.
Steelers circles away from the clinch attempt.

and Steelers counters with a straight right hand.
Steelers blocks a head kick by De Vries.
Steelers turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Abe De Vries seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Steelers throws a hook but De Vries avoids it easily.

Steelers takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Pittsburgh Steelers has been cut.
De Vries throws a front kick aimed at Steelers's knee but Steelers avoids it well.
De Vries tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

De Vries looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
De Vries tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

De Vries on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Steelers. Steelers obviously looking to wear him down.

De Vries walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Steelers checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
De Vries throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Steelers drops down looking to force a counter takedown but De Vries defends it well.
De Vries misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
And Steelers tries to counter it with a takedown but De Vries pushes his down on his head and steps out.
De Vries throws a leg kick
and Steelers counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Steelers throws a low kick but it's checked well by De Vries.
Steelers throws a leg kick which misses De Vries's front leg but catches the back leg as De Vries tries to avoid it.
Steelers swats away the attempt to clinch by De Vries.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
De Vries throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Steelers drops down looking to force a counter takedown but De Vries defends it well.
Sloppy strikes from De Vries. Those never looked like landing.
De Vries misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Steelers tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
De Vries tries to clinch but Steelers moves out of range.
Steelers slips a jab and a cross from De Vries.

De Vries throws an overhand right that lands on Steelers's shoulder, as Steelers tries to avoid the shot.

Steelers lands a big head kick that sends De Vries tumbling to the mat! Steelers takes a step backwards and waves De Vries back to his feet - he wants the finish!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Pittsburgh Steelers will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Steelers takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Steelers drops De Vries with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but De Vries looks back up at him and smiles so Steelers waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
De Vries is rocked!
Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Steelers! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Pittsburgh Steelers!
Pittsburgh Steelers got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
