The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Peter Branson and Dirk Anderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paw tries to close the distance and clinch up but Roscoe swats him away and circles back towards the center.
It seemed like Roscoe was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Paw takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Paw is rocked!

It looks like Bart Paw has been cut.
Paw misses with a head kick.

Paw scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Paw wants to control but Roscoe is keeping him busy.
Roscoe tries to get to full guard but Paw has control of the leg.
Roscoe controlling the position for now.
Paw really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Roscoe wants to improve his position but Paw is controlling well.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Roscoe clinches.
Roscoe scores with a nice hook to the head.
Still in the clinch, Roscoe scores with a nice short uppercut.
Roscoe lands with a right to the head.
Roscoe lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
A short body shot lands from Roscoe as the two fighters clinch.
Paw wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Roscoe has him pressed against the cage.
Paw tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Roscoe just stands there and leans against the cage.
Paw has been working on his balance at Cozad The Island, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Roscoe.
Paw is breathing heavily.
Roscoe lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Roscoe presses Paw against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Paw's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

A quick uppercut on the inside from Roscoe.
Oh Paw is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Paw is trying to stall.
Maybe Paw would be better served going for some more strikes rather than trying to control so much.
Paw seems to have got his legs back now.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Roscoe.
Roscoe lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Paw backwards.
Roscoe scores with a shot to the side of Paw's head.
Paw has Roscoe pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Roscoe manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Roscoe lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Paw backwards.

Paw wants to break free but Roscoe has control.
Roscoe leaning against his opponent.
Paw tries to pull guard but Roscoe forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bart Paw. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Roscoe pushes Paw back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Roscoe will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Paw up against the cage.

Roscoe's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Roscoe lands a left hand that snaps the head of Paw backwards.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Roscoe creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Paw with a big uppercut! Paw tries to clinch up but Roscoe pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Paw to the mat! Paw covers up and Roscoe unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
