Momochi fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Momochi jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Momochi shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Face as he avoids it easily.
It looked like Face wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Momochi gets a takedown into half guard.
Momochi is looking to take a break and control but Face is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
My spies in The Axis of Evil inform me that Momochi has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
