Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Freddie Mcloud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and alan tyrer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mcloud kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Llama song. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
tyrer blocks a head kick by Mcloud.
tyrer throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mcloud.
Mcloud throws a head kick that misses.
Mcloud throws a right and a left that tyrer avoids nicely.
Mcloud clinches up against the cage.
Mcloud pulls guard successfully.
tyrer keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Mcloud's head.

tyrer fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Mcloud feints and as tyrer raises his hands in defense, Mcloud changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
tyrer had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Mcloud is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. tyrer Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Mcloud's back instead.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - tyrer has eaten all the pies!
tyrer controlling the position well here. Mcloud rolled but tyrer kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

Mcloud is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because tyrer is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
