The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Gracie or perhaps it was just good defense by Multipass which made him look bad.
Multipass throws a lazy right hand but Gracie sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown but Multipass shows good takedown defense.
Gracie shoots in and drives through. Multipass sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mateus Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gracie tries to clinch but Multipass moves out of range.
Gracie is looking to clinch.
Multipass feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gracie sprawling to the canvas! Gracie rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Multipass finish him?!
It looks like Mateus Gracie has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Multipass shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Gracie takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Multipass sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Gracie bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
