Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Trainius Reckus!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Simon Browne!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurstr�m.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reckus dodges the punch combination from Browne.
Reckus looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Reckus tries for a takedown but Browne sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Browne looks to land a combination but Reckus avoids it well.

Reckus darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Browne is trying to stand.
Browne is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Reckus is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Browne has managed to free his arm - good work.

Reckus is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Browne doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Reckus.
Reckus tries to pass the half guard into mount. Browne knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Browne is looking to escape.
Reckus thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Browne's head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Browne tries to kick Reckus off but Reckus keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Reckus is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Browne defends it well.
Reckus is breathing heavily.
Browne looks like he's trying to stand up.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Browne lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Browne scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Browne displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Browne fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Browne fails with an attempt to clinch.
Browne fails in his attempt to clinch.

Browne scores a takedown into full mount!
Reckus swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Reckus is trying desperately to improve position.
Reckus slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Browne seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Reckus moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Browne tries to stand but Reckus is controlling from the bottom.

Reckus pushes a forearm under Browne's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Browne is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
