Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jude Mathis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zenon Kopytko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kopytko has chosen Dla Zysku as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jude Mathis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zenon Kopytko! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kopytko tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mathis was well out of range. Poor timing from Kopytko. Kopytko wants to clinch but Mathis slips to the side and Mathis counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Kopytko! A lull in the action here. Mathis working away. Mathis decides to take the fight back to the feet. The crowd cheers as Kopytko lands an impressive looking overhand right. Mathis doesn't seem phased though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mathis gets a clinch. Kopytko is trying to pull guard but Mathis has him pressed against the cage. Mathis goes for a takedown attempt but Kopytko pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Kopytko misses with a leg kick and Mathis counters with a takedown into side control. Kopytko is looking to get back to his feet here but Mathis is keeping cool and he's managed to take Kopytko's back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mathis patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? Kopytko tries to break free.
Mathis really is a fat lump. Kopytko manages to reverse the position and now he's in Mathis's guard. Nice work there by Kopytko.
Mathis keeping moving, preventing Kopytko from controlling successfully. Mathis pulls Kopytko in close to prevent any damage. Mathis throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kopytko trying to control but Mathis is working from the bottom. Kopytko wants to pass the guard but Mathis is keeping the position. Kopytko loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kopytko tries to free his leg and advance position but Mathis is retaining full guard. Mathis is adopting a defensive guard. Kopytko landing some decent shots from guard. Kopytko preventing the sweep.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kopytko trying to control the position from guard on top but Mathis is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mathis thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Mathis keeping moving, preventing Kopytko from controlling successfully.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Kopytko moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Mathis walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Kopytko lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Good shot there by Kopytko. Kopytko lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Kopytko closes the distance and clinches.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mathis lands a shoulder strike. Mathis misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Kopytko.
Kopytko pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kopytko swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Mathis counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Mathis working some strikes from top position. Mathis is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Mathis wants to get up but he can't break Kopytko's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Kopytko controls Mathis momentarily but Mathis frees himself. Mathis has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Kopytko is proving hard to escape from. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jude Mathis will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

As Kopytko looks to move away, Mathis throws a big counter combo but Kopytko just gets out of the way. Kopytko throws a left and a right that both miss
and Mathis counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kopytko won't be happy with that. Mathis tries for a kimura but Kopytko is defending well. Mathis working away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mathis decides to stand up, so the ref orders Kopytko to his feet. Kopytko with a jab. Zenon Kopytko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kopytko throws a good cross that connects.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kopytko connects with a combination that backs up Mathis into the cage. Kopytko lands a flurry of punches that gets past Mathis's guard. Mathis is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Kopytko bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zenon Kopytko! After the fight, Zenon Kopytko was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
