Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Holy War (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moses Sithole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). War's entrance music is Die for Metal. A fine choice. Sithole has chosen I Miss The Misery as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sithole thows a left - swing and a miss!
Crunch! War slams his shin into Sithole's torso.
A chopping leg kick lands by War.
War throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
A clash of legs there as War blocks the low kick.
War keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Sithole.
Moses Sithole seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
War lands a jab to the head.
War thuds a left hand into Sithole's body.
War feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Sithole's calf.
Sithole throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
A solid leg kick lands there for War.
Sithole misses with a series of wild punches.

War cracks a nice hook into Sithole's ribs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sithole tries to clinch but War moves away
and War counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by War.

Sithole wants to sweep here but War controlling him for the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
War throwing strikes from guard but Sithole blocks nicely.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
War postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
War wants to pass the guard but Sithole is keeping the position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Sithole has his hands on War's head, controlling the position.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Sithole ducks under a wild hook from War.
Sithole tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
War lands a right hook to the body.
Sithole shoots for a takedown but War saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
As Sithole looks to move away, War throws a big counter combo but Sithole just gets out of the way.
War bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
War shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

and Sithole takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
War cracks Sithole with a right hand to the side of the head.
Sithole misses with a hook.
War looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Holy War is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

War throws an overhand right that lands on Sithole's shoulder, as Sithole tries to avoid the shot.

The fighters circle momentarily. War darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Sithole throws a lazy head kick
and War connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
War throws a body shot but no joy.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as War checks a leg kick.

Sithole is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.

A punch lands to the side of Sithole 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Sithole shoots in and drives through. War sprawls well.

War lands with a kick to the temple. Sithole shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Sithole is rocked!
War fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Sithole to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Sithole looks to clinch but War throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Sithole taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Holy War!
Holy War decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
