Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Kahn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Weber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michael Weber is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tyson Kahn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Weber! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Weber fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kahn avoids it really well and circles away. Weber doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Weber shoots for a takedown but Kahn saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Weber shoots for a double leg takedown but Kahn sprawls well. He's pushed Weber's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Tyson Kahn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Weber. No luck for Weber with that takedown attempt. Kahn rushes Weber and presses him up against the cage. Kahn lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Weber. A hook to the body from Kahn.
Weber looks winded! Kahn landing some nice looking knees to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kahn scores with a shot to the side of Weber's head. Kahn is working Weber over against the cage. A right hook to the body lands for Kahn.
Kahn pushes Weber back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kahn's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Weber tries to score a body lock takedown but Kahn shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kahn lands a left hand.

Weber is rocked! Kahn just leaning against Weber, taking a breather. Kahn landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Kahn throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Webers head. Weber is still on wobbly legs! Can Kahn finish him? Weber wants a takedown.
Weber is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Nice body punch from Kahn. Weber seems to have recovered his senses. Kahn has Weber pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kahn pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Weber tumbling to the mat - Kahn dives into Weber's guard. Kahn is looking to stand up but Weber won't let him. Kahn throwing strikes but missing. Kahn wants to pass the guard but Weber is keeping the position. Kahn content to stall in guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Weber throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Weber looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Kahn not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Weber looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Weber escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kahn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Weber is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Kahn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Weber swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Weber being controlled here, momentarily. Kahn stands up from Weber's guard - Kahn perhaps looking for a knockout. Weber fails with the takedown letting Kahn counter with a right hand. Kahn forces Weber back against the cage and clinches. Kahn scores with a shoulder strike. Weber being controlled against the cage. Weber looking for a takedown.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nice body punch from Kahn - that landed with a thud.
Kahn works on Weber's body with a couple of short punches. A short uppercut from Kahn. A right handed body shot lands from Kahn.
Kahn lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Weber or not. Kahn lands with a short shot to the head. This has been an exciting period of action! Kahn scores with a shot to the side of Weber's head. Weber takes a shot to the head. Kahn lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Kahn lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Weber to his knees! Kahn keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
