Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lou Mcguire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jo Yabuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Jo Yabuki enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcguire throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Yabuki moves into the clinch.
Mcguire jumps guard but Yabuki turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Yabuki is on top in guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Yabuki uses his free foot to push down on Mcguire's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Mcguire.
Yabuki takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Mcguire defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Yabuki.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Yabuki shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Yabuki accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Mcguire wants to sweep but no luck.

Mcguire is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Yabuki presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Mcguire tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Yabuki just stands there and leans against the cage.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Mcguire looking for a sweep but Yabuki has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Yabuki is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Mcguire is in real trouble.

Let's hope that Yabuki has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Yabuki has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Mcguire! Can he survive? No! He's out! Yabuki gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
