Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Dryupp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mogul Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ricky Dryupp! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mogul Khan! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Damien Edna and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Khan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dryupp is fending him off so far but Khan persists. Nope, Dryupp circles away and we're back to standing. Dryupp feints and then cracks Khan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Khan down. A chopping leg kick lands by Dryupp. Khan takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Khan misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Khan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dryupp is fending him off so far but Khan persists. Nope, Dryupp circles away and we're back to standing. Ricky Dryupp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mogul Khan. Khan checks a low kick from Dryupp. Dryupp fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Dryupp shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Dryupp showed some decent athleticism there. Khan is not content to let Dryupp control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dryupp is pressing down on Khan's thigh, looking to free his foot. Khan is holding on for now. Khan is defending against the submission attempts here by Dryupp.

Dryupp tries to stand and escape but Khan is controlling the position. Khan looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Khan is looking to improve his position.
Khan is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Dryupp pulls his head out easily.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Dryupp lands with a nice body punch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Dryupp misses with a few strikes there.
Dryupp cracks a nice hook into Khan's ribs. Dryupp lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Khan with a poor takedown enabling Dryupp to counter with a crisp jab. Khan looks gassed! Khan walks into a jab. Khan checks a low kick from Dryupp. Dryupp misses with a leg kick. Dryupp goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Dryupp fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Khan manages to avoid it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dryupp lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Dryupp with a hook. Dryupp looks to land a right hand but Khan moved out of range. Dryupp tries to bum rush Khan with a series of wild strikes but Khan uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Dryupp throws a jab but it's blocked by Khan. Khan avoids a kick to the body.
Dryupp throws a right and a left that both miss. Khan uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dryupp.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dryupp feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Khan's calf. Dryupp fails to land with a series of punches.
Khan ducks under a wild hook from Dryupp. Khan drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dryupp throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. Khan tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Dryupp is looking to reverse the position. Khan tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Dryupp is looking to regain half guard here but Khan keeps moving and retains side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ricky Dryupp dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
A swing and a miss from Dryupp. Khan misses with a takedown attempt and Dryupp counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Khan checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Dryupp.
Dryupp lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Dryupp misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Khan doesn't succeed with the takedown and Dryupp counters with a nice uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dryupp shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Khan's guard. Khan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dryupp can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Khan is breathing heavily. Dryupp drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Dryupp jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Dryupp passes easily into side control. Nice work. Khan is looking for a sweep. Dryupp tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Khan manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Khan wants to improve his position but Dryupp is controlling well.
Khan won't allow Dryupp to pass to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Khan manages to get to full guard.

Khan has momentary wrist control but Dryupp slips an elbow through the middle. Dryupp distracts Khan with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Dryupp sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Khan's guard. Dryupp is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Dryupp in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Khan tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Dryupp!
