Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Ulpius Traianus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wladyslaw Raginis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
41 - 19 - 0, fighting out of London, Marcus Ulpius Traianus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Wladyslaw Raginis! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A lazy left from Traianus finds it's target. Traianus takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Raginis moves out of range as Traianus throws a body kick.
Traianus rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Raginis counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Marcus Ulpius Traianus has been cut. A looping hook to the body misses from Raginis. Traianus does a little dance to reset his feet. Traianus was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Traianus misses with a body kick. Raginis misses with a left hand letting Traianus counter with a right hand.
It looks like Wladyslaw Raginis has been cut. Sloppy strikes from Traianus. Those never looked like landing. Traianus throws the kick towards the body but Raginis avoids it. Raginis digs a good hook to Traianus's body.
Traianus misses with a body shot.
Traianus misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Raginis lands a nice shot to the body.
Traianus is breathing heavily. Raginis lunges at Traianus with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Traianus's hand. Raginis closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
That's one minute gone in the round. Raginis goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Traianus has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Raginis but great work by Traianus. Traianus working away. Raginis regains half guard. Raginis gets full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Raginis throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Raginis manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Traianus manages to get himself to full guard.
Raginis postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Raginis loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Traianus will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Raginis advances to half guard. Raginis wants to pass to mount but Traianus is defending the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Raginis throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Traianus is trying to stand up here but Raginis is controlling him well. Raginis looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Raginis not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Raginis working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Raginis thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Traianus's head. Raginis missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Raginis takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Traianus is defending against the submission attempts here by Raginis.
Raginis takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Raginis is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Traianus doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Raginis. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Raginis drops an elbow to the side of Traianus's head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Raginis thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Traianus's head. Raginis tries to pass to full mount but Traianus defends it. Well, if Raginis is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Traianus avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Raginis. Traianus is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Raginis is trying to control. Traianus wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Raginis sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Traianus defending well though. Raginis is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Traianus is just riding it out for now. Raginis eventually gives up the hold. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wladyslaw Raginis dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Traianus throws a push kick but Raginis slaps the foot to one side. Raginis gets the takedown into side control. Raginis wants to control but Traianus is keeping him busy. Wladyslaw Raginis has got the better of the ground game so far. Traianus is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Raginis landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Raginis lands an elbow. Raginis landing strikes. Raginis misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Raginis is putting a hurting on Traianus here, landing some big shots from side control.
Marcus Ulpius Traianus's cut is getting worse. Raginis has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Raginis misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Jeez, Marcus Ulpius Traianus's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Marcus Ulpius Traianus's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
