Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Wiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duane Stockton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wiz comes to the cage accompanied by SouthSide. Big Wiz has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stockton keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Stockton lands a left and a right that sends Wiz crashing to the canvas! Stockton dives into mount looking to finish!
It looks like Big Wiz has been cut.
Wiz wants to control but Stockton is having none of it.

We've been hearing good reports from Wiz's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Wiz fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Stockton looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Wiz, as that shot connected.

and Wiz connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Stockton tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wiz was well out of range. Poor timing from Stockton.

A combination from Stockton does no damage.
Wiz was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Wiz misses with a kick to the body.
Stockton is looking to chop away at Wiz's legs.

Stockton throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wiz stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Stockton lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Wiz just misses with a punch to the body.

Stockton throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Wiz cracks Stockton with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Wiz has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Stockton to stand back up!

and Wiz rattles Stockton with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Stockton tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Wiz dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Stockton stiff and motionless on the mat!
