The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vega moves into the clinch.
Vega lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Vega lands with a left to the head.
Vega wants to break the clinch but can't.
Freeman stalling.
Vega escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Vega tries to bum rush Freeman with a series of wild strikes but Freeman uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Vega closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Vega working the clinch nicely. Freeman is working for position but Vega cracks him with a big knee to the head! Freeman crumples up against the cage and Vega lands two more shots before the ref can save Freeman! This one is all over!
