Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vasilios Nicko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Sarus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sarus has chosen T.I. - What Up, What's Happenin as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Vasilios Nicko has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A swing and a miss from Sarus. Sarus throws a shot from downtown. Nicko moves away and avoids it. Nicko drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Nicko pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Sarus is keeping the position for now. Nicko advances to half guard. Sarus is defending against the submission attempts here by Nicko.

Sarus throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Nicko sees it coming and avoids it easily. The fight stays on the outside here - Sarus looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Sarus tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nicko paws at him with a jab and circles away. Sarus misses the jab. Anton Sarus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nicko avoids a lazy jab quite easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nicko drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Nicko advances position into side control! Nicko wants to control but Sarus is keeping him busy. Sarus is breathing heavily.
