Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Larry Mayer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Venus Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Larry Mayer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Venus Williams ! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, David Schapiro and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams gets the takedown into side control. Mayer parries the strikes from Williams easily there. Williams is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Mayer to escape.
Williams working the body and head with strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Williams scores with a couple of short elbows. Mayer can't do much from the bottom here. Mayer tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Williams wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Williams trying to control the action but Mayer is working from the bottom. Williams tries to stand but Mayer is controlling his head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Williams tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Williams has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams trying to control the action but Mayer is working from the bottom. Mayer keeps Williams under control for a moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mayer is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Williams off and has taken his back! Williams takes a big shot to the side of the head.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Mayer is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mayer biding his time, controlling Williams . Williams trying to control but not successfully. Mayer controlling well, preventing Williams from escaping the position.
Williams fending off the submission attempt from Mayer. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Mayer avoiding Williams 's attempts to control his hands. Mayer could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Williams might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Mayer haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Williams tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Williams looks winded!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mayer lands a big elbow. Mayer controlling from the full mount. Williams is trying desperately to improve position. Williams taking shots to the head. Mayer postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Williams looks a forlorn figure.
Mayer takes Williams 's back. Mayer controlling from the back. Mayer lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Williams .
That's four minutes gone in the round. What can Williams do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Mayer lands a punch to the side of the head from the back. Mayer is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Williams has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Mayer has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Williams taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Mayer doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Larry Mayer!
