The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crowley swings for the body but Bryant moves out of range.
Bryant lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Crowley tests Bryant's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Bryant feints a jab promting Crowley to slip. Bryant then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Crowley slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Crowley moves out of range as Bryant throws a body kick.
Crowley scores with the left hand. Bryant knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Mark Bryant has been cut.
Bryant goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

and Bryant cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Bryant counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Bryant scores with a one two! Crowley had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

And Bryant responds with a good body kick, but Crowley manages to step out the way in time.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bryant looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Eric Crowley will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Mark Bryant's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Crowley has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
Bryant with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Crowley to score with a decent uppercut.

Bryant walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Crowley swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
