Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vega tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rowe manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Rowe slips a jab and a cross from Vega.
Rowe gets the takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Vega wants to get back to his feet but Rowe is dominant here and he's now got Vega's back!
Vega manages to get to his feet, escaping the difficult position.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Rowe lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Vega has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Vega and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Vega tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rowe swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Junior Vega is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Vega enables Rowe to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Vega manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Vega wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Rowe manages to pass to side control.
Rowe will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
