Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aaron Bryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenneth Gary (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kenneth Gary will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Aaron Bryan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kenneth Gary! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gary swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Bryan counters with a shoot takedown. Gary fights it but they end up in guard. Gary manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Gary clinches up with Bryan and pushes him back against the cage. A right hand to the body from Gary.
Bryan pulls Gary into guard.
Bryan on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bryan tries to get out of the position. Gary trying to control the position from guard on top but Bryan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gary is stalling in the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gary trying to control but Bryan is working from the bottom. Gary drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bryan manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gary has Bryan in his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gary throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Bryan trying to control the position from guard on top but Gary is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bryan has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Bryan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Bryan drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Gary dives on top into guard.
Gary decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Bryan, up you get!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Bryan is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Gary's half guard. Gary tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Bryan manages to move to mount!
Gary looks winded! Bryan with the ground and pound from mount. Bryan prevents Gary from getting the reversal. Bryan trying to control but Gary is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bryan putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Bryan controlling his opponent. Gary is squirming around, avoiding Bryan's attempts to control the action. Bryan controlling his opponent. A nice elbow there by Bryan. Gary tries to hold on but Bryan postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bryan looking to control but Gary is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Bryan sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Bryan trying to control but Gary is having none of it. Bryan looking to finish Gary with some ground and pound. This is bad for Gary! Bryan is in the full mount, landing strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aaron Bryan dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Bryan shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Bryan is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Gary can do to turn this around? Gary is looking to clinch but Bryan is avoiding it.
Bryan scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Gary is looking to improve his position.

Bryan working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bryan is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Bryan performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gary is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Bryan scores with a couple of nice shots. Bryan passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Gary! Gary swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Bryan breaks from Gary's wrist control and lands an elbow. Gary tries to lock up and control but Bryan gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Gary is breathing heavily. Bryan lands a nice shot to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bryan content just to control the position here. Bryan with the ground and pound from mount. Bryan takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Gary looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Gary should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Bryan has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Gary has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Aaron Bryan overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bryan keeps control of the position easily here as Gary tries to buck him off.
Bryan lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Bryan.
Bryan is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Gary fending off the submission attempt from Bryan. Bryan really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Gary. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gary looking very determined here, making life difficult for Bryan.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aaron Bryan dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Bryan dives in and scores a takedown into Gary's guard. Gary looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Gary working for a triangle but Bryan defends it easily.
Bryan engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gary not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Gary takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bryan lands a couple of digs. Bryan seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Bryan wants to control from the top but Gary keeps moving. Bryan stands up from guard. Let's bang! Bryan looks for a takedown but Gary sprawls well. Gary misses with a body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bryan dives in and scores a takedown into Gary's guard. Bryan controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bryan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Gary is keeping the position for now. Bryan is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Bryan closes the distance and pushes Gary back into the cage. Bryan stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Bryan trying to land knees to the body.
Bryan has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Gary uses from the top position. Bryan wants to sweep here but Gary controlling him for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gary gets to his feet - Bryan follows without any prompting. Gary looks to land a combination. Bryan sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Bryan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gary, pushing him back against the cage. Bryan works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Bryan is standing up over Gary. Gary looks to escape but Bryan dives into side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Gary strikes from the bottom but Bryan takes advantage and advances to full mount! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bryan content just to control the position here.
And that's the end of the fight! Aaron Bryan showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bryan, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
