Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Grand Deluxe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Schofer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chris Schofer told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schofer throws a hook but Deluxe blocks it.
Deluxe closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Schofer sneaks back into half guard.
Deluxe has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Schofer defend it? Deluxe steps over the head and cranks it - Schofer is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Deluxe!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Grand Deluxe!
