The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christopher swinging wildly here.
Christopher closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Jenkins keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Jenkins is pressing down on Christopher's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jenkins is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Jenkins is continuing to stall.
Christopher wants to control from the top but Jenkins keeps moving.
Jenkins manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Christopher manages to get himself to full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jenkins with more of the same as he continues to hold on.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Thurgood Jenkins dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Christopher takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Jenkins looks to land a combination. Christopher sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Liam Christopher has been cut.
Christopher instigates a clinch.
A right hook to the body lands for Jenkins.
Jenkins lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Jenkins pushes Christopher back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Jenkins takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Jenkins escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jenkins drops Christopher with a huge uppercut! Christopher drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Jenkins is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
