Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anthony Ellison Jr! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donk. Yaj catches Ellison Jr right on the button with a cross. Ellison Jr misses with a double jab
and Yaj counters with a takedown into side control. Yaj scoring with punches and elbows. Yaj passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Ellison Jr! Yaj scoring with strikes but Ellison Jr is staying in there. Yaj lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Yaj jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Ellison Jr manages to avoid the submission attempt. Yaj in side control lands a decent elbow. Yaj remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Ellison Jr really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Yaj. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Yaj is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Ellison Jr has escaped the position, nice work there.

Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Yaj landing strikes. Ellison Jr is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Yaj passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Ellison Jr! A nice elbow there by Yaj. Yaj looking to finish Ellison Jr with some ground and pound. This is bad for Ellison Jr! Yaj breaks from Ellison Jr's wrist control and lands an elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yaj content just to control the position here. Yaj lands a nice shot to the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Yaj landing strikes from the mount and Ellison Jr is in trouble!
Ellison Jr is rocked! Yaj raining down hammerfists from mount. Ellison Jr is still in real trouble! Can Yaj finish him? Yaj postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Ellison Jr badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Yaj around the waist but Yaj pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Yaj is the winner by TKO! Yaj jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rio Yaj! A relieved looking Rio Yaj thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. Anthony Ellison Jr was interviewed post fight and said 'we'll get him next time'.
