Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Hague!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zyan Till!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hague closes the distance and clinches.
Hague pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
A short body shot lands from Hague as the two fighters clinch.
Till stalling in the clinch but Hague improves position.
Hague lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Till backwards.

Till breaks the clinch.
Till throws a leg kick that misses.

Hague closes the distance and clinches.
Till tries to break the clinch but Hague is controlling the position.
Hague pushes Till back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Hague tries to land a knee to the head but Till blocks with his arms.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hague makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Hague works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Hague digs a right hand into Till's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Till's gas tank.

Till pushes off an throws an elbow but Hague leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

and Hague counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Hague.
Till is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Till has had enough of the clinch but Hague keeps him there for the moment.

Till trying to stall but Hague improves his position.

Hague connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Hague drives through and clinches with Till against the cage.
Hague looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Hague lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Hague breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Till gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Till takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Hague rushes Till and presses him up against the cage.
Nice body punch from Hague.
With the fighters up against the cage, Hague throws an elbow but misses.
A nice left hand lands by Hague.
Till tries to break free but Hague pushes him back against the cage.
Till is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Till has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Till is trying to maintain a safe position but Hague gets an underhook and turns Till into the cage.

Till is breathing heavily.

Some bone on bone action there as Till checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Hague thuds his right hand into Till's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Hague tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Till is able to avoid easily.
Till is looking for the big counter here.

Hague drives through and clinches with Till against the cage.
Till tries to circle away but Hague has him pinned against the cage.
A nice left hand lands by Hague.
Till misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Hague.
Hague presses Till against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Hague manages to break the clinch.

Hague connects with a good right hand that stumbles Till. Till circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Till uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hague.

Well Hague has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
