Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alex Ramirez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikita Kotoski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramirez comes to the cage accompanied by Megadeth-Trust. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Alex Ramirez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nikita Kotoski! The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Felipe Paraventi and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kotoski takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Nikita Kotoski has been cut. Kotoski shoots in for a double leg but Ramirez sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Kotoski tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ramirez swivels and escapes. Kotoski shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Kotoski was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Ramirez keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Kotoski moves to the back position. Ramirez tries to escape the position.
Kotoski patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kotoski doesn't have the hooks in and Ramirez manages to turn into his guard.
Kotoski escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ramirez gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Ramirez gets to his feet - Kotoski follows without any prompting. Kotoski shoots in looking for a takedown. Ramirez tries to sprawl out of it but Kotoski keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ramirez manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Alex Ramirez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nikita Kotoski. Kotoski looks gassed! Ramirez looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Ramirez trying to control the position from guard on top but Kotoski is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kotoski looking to hit a scissor sweep but Ramirez is one step ahead there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ramirez drops back looking for a leg! Kotoski is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kotoski manages to kick Ramirez off! Ramirez jumps back into Kotoski's guard. Kotoski looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Ramirez preventing the sweep. Ramirez trying to control but Kotoski is working from the bottom. Ramirez gets to his feet. Kotoski looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Ramirez shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Ramirez quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Ramirez but it's paid off an Kotoski is forced to tap! Nice work by Ramirez.
