Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Davide Dileo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Sebastien Veron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Veron has chosen The Who - Won't Get Fooled Again as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veron shoots in for a double leg but Dileo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Veron punishes Dileo's body with a nice straight punch.
Dileo moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Veron checks the leg kick nicely there.
Veron tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Dileo throws a hook to the side of Veron's head but Veron sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Veron connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Dileo throws a lazy uppercut
and Veron counters with a right hand to the body.

and Veron takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Veron changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dileo fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Davide Dileo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Juan Sebastien Veron.

As Veron backs away, Dileo returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

Veron ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Veron connects with a solid leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dileo pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Veron scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Dileo throws a head kick but Veron moves out of range.
Dileo closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Veron quickly recovers to half guard.
Dileo is thwarting Veron's attempts to control the position.

Veron tries to get to full guard but Dileo has control of the leg.

Veron working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dileo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Veron is tightening it up a little... Dileo has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Dileo reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Dileo taps out! Nice BJJ there by Veron!
