The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnem�ki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kalashnikov tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Kalashnikov misses with a jab, cross combination.
Guthrie dodges the punch combination from Kalashnikov.
Guthrie shoots for a takedown but Kalashnikov saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Guthrie shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Guthrie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kalashnikov pinned against the cage. Kalashnikov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kalashnikov misses with a jab, cross combination.
Guthrie half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kalashnikov pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Guthrie back to the cage. Kalashnikov follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Guthrie is rocked!
Kalashnikov closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Guthrie out cold! Guthrie corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Igor Kalashnikov!
A relieved looking Igor Kalashnikov thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
