Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Frank White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sir Mixalot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mixalot is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Baby Got Back. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sir Mixalot!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jorge Garcia and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

White has managed to clinch.
Mixalot wants a takedown.
White has had enough of the clinch but Mixalot keeps him there for the moment.
Mixalot goes for a takedown attempt but White pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
White looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
White throws a lazy uppercut

and Mixalot counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
White is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Mixalot stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. White swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Mixalot is looking to pass into half guard but White pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now White is in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mixalot keeping moving, preventing White from controlling successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mixalot had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. White defends it easily.

White got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mixalot has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, White has managed to get both his arms back between Mixalot's legs - danger averted.

White avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Mixalot working for a triangle but White defends it easily.
Mixalot avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Mixalot is trying to control the position from the bottom.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mixalot is on top in guard.

Mixalot wants to control from the top but White keeps moving.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mixalot tries to free his leg and advance position but White is retaining full guard.
Mixalot slips nicely into half guard.
Mixalot moves nicely into side control.

Mixalot has hold of White's arm. He's looking for a kimura. White seems comfortable defending it but Mixalot has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! White is real pain and he's forced to tap out! White is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Mixalot couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Sir Mixalot!
Jumping up and down and very excited, Sir Mixalot waved his t-shirt featuring KAISER's logo in front of the cameras.
